Universal Studios is not just about Diagon Alley. There's a whole New York section that puts the Streets of America to shame. Here's one of the shops that's kind of hidden down an alley. They have all of the latest modern conveniences, plus, for the Luddites, Victrolas.

Some things in Diagon Alley are interesting and/or unusual. Others, like this sculpture, are downright inexplicable.

Tim, it's clearly a guy staring at the wall with a fish on his head. No explanation needed...

And it looks like the fish has been a little sick. Must have been a bad worm.

You can't have Diagon Alley without London, you can't have London without Picadilly Circus, and you can't have Picadilly Circus without the Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain.

The elder want cannot be beaten. Even the young lady seems impressed.

I didn't have a lot of time in Diagon Alley as we had to get back for the Bill & Ted show (part of HALLOWEEN Horror Nights). But here are a couple of shots from Friday night...

And then one from the "Vamp 55" Scare Zone... The coolest part of this zone was that there was a whole backstory of how the Greaser Vampires came in and attacked/turned the goody-two-shoes of the school.

The passage of Halloween can only mean one thing: Christmas! Here's a sweet little thing to whet your appetite. The Macy's Holiday Parade starts December 3 in Universal Studios Orlando this year.

Jake wanted four fried chickens and a Coke. All they had for Thanksgiving was turkey. He wasn't happy.

If you have problems, drop in to Diagon Alley. You can probably find a potion that'll fix you right up.

The second owner of the invisibility cloak that Harry Potter now uses was Ignotus Peverell. The first owner? Death.
