Tonight, get home from work, quick dinner, pack my bag, pull out the cooler.
24 hours from now, wake up, fill the cooler with drinks and food and dump in some ice, load the bags, and start driving!
By mid-afternoon, we should be checking into a 1-bedroom condo at Saratoga (hopefully Congress Park, first building nearest Downtown Disney), unloading the food and drinks, making a quick trip to the supermarket for a few perishables, and heading over to Rainforest for a casual patio dinner on the lake (a bit of a traditional first dinner when we stay at Port Orleans, Old Key West, or Saratoga). If the weather's nice, maybe a jump into a late-hours park after dinner.
