You forgot me on the list (of course I will be there). I'm glad to see Grumpwurst is on board, I wont be the only Nikon guy unless you traded over to Cannon LOL
make sure you all head over to the registration page to get officially signed up. www.themagicinpixels.com/pixelmania
Well count me in for sure. ; ; We just extended our stay some so I'll have even more free time, even if they do not understand why I'm so excited. ;
YARG!!! I can't take the waiting... My Staffer decided she didn't want to start for another month. ; So, Executive Decision... As soon as this months bills are paid, the Room is being booked and the airline tickets are being purchased. ; As my niece would say... "Too bad, so sad..." ; I will place my name on the confirmation list as soon as I have the reservation numbers.
i would prefer if you did that because it would put all of the results in one place that i can quickly tabulate.
YEEEEHAAAAA!!!!!! ; My new staffer started today, and she okayed the schedule (giving her a week off prior so that I can come down). ; I have Room and Airline booked as of 11:40pm tonight. ; So anyway, flying in on Thursday morning and heading back tuesday morning. ; Hopefully I won't be as sleepy as I was during Mousefest opening seminar last year.
You eeked out a longer stay than I could! ; Nice. ; ; I'm driving up sometime Thursday (I'll probably sleep in and leave late morning, getting there in the mid afternoon, around 2-3pm. ; I'll check out Monday morning and head home first thing - I've technically got that day off, but I'll need to do some office work Monday afternoon before market close so I can't carve out any park time on Monday. ; So I'll have part of Thursday, and all of Friday through Sunday. Still no word on waitlist openings at Boardwalk...not that I expect any. ; I'll be happy if I can get Congress Park section water view at Saratoga Springs, which is what my current reservation request is for...Boardwalk would be icing though, to be closer to the parks and the action for Pixelmania.
We haven't booked yet, money is a little tight and we just paid off our August trip, but we got a code for free dining so that means it's a go, since Free Dining is the cheapest way for us to do a trip. Although, I promised my fiance that it would be a quick service trip ; : ;
Tim, do you have a schedule of events yet? ; Disney announced the "Candlelight Processional" tentative list and was looking to go to that on either the 4th or 5th of December (However, I do not want to miss the meets... especially the MVMCP). ; Any information you have at this moment is extremely appreciated (That, and I would like to buy my MVMCP tickets early). ;
Still patiently waiting for my DVC confirmation, currently on the waiting list. ; But I am still thinking like I'm going. ; And with that thinking comes dining reservations. ; The first of September is the 90 day window for dining, and I was wondering if we would hear which parks we would be attending. ; One thing I love about Disney World is the food . ; Thanks!!
Tim I'd love to join you guys for at least some, but won't know until closer to the event. ; Would it be best to hold off on registering?
if you are not sure, i would ask that you hold off so i can best estimate the head-count. ; i do look forward to seeing you there, hopefully!
Jerm, if you have an annual pass as well, I got a standard room at the All-Star resort for $69 a night (if you are looking to save a little) and I think the promotion is still going on for a few more weeks. ; I tried making reservations a couple months ago and they DVC studios were full at that time.
Thanks RedOctober, I took your idea and ran with it. ; Looks like it's only going to cost me an extra 100 bucks to stay at All Star Resort. ; Thanks for the idea, and hopefully I'll have a confirmed hotel room this time tomorrow.
