It looks like a bird nest, so I'm thinking the jungle trek aviary.

Okay, Here's a train of thought to maybe help narrow it down. ; If it is Tink semi-related, then that makes me think magic kingdom. ; Typically Tink would be in Fantasyland, but the background does not fit. ; So the other place that Tink would fit in is where Captain Hook is found which is Adventureland. ; Seeing as how it is put together from "Cast Away" items I am thinking that it might be a birdhouse in the Swiss Family Treehouse. ; Am I close?

I will have to second Swiss Family Treehouse as that was my first impression upon seeing the photo. I think this is actually near the set to the back as you come down from the tree, near the waterfall.

All very good guesses yet still wrong. ; It is not even in the Magic Kingdom, if that helps.

Then it would have to be in Epcot for the F&G Festival me thinks.
