You can still see the original Disneyland sign, so it's either 1998 or 1999 (I think it's the latter.) But you can see Westcot Disney's California Adventure as it was being created!

Cool - I wish I had thought to take pictures of the old parking lot. Sometimes I just think "why would I want a picture of that" and ten years later I wish I had taken it!
