From my old FtB, 50/1.4 lens, and Gold 400 film.

When I had no clue what the heck I was doing, where metering involves pulling a switch down in the front of the camera, and matching a needle in the viewfinder to a circle that is based on (manually set) film speed, shutter & aperture.

nice picture Roger. Lately, I have really been wanting to go through my older photos looking just for SE without all the "stuff" and other old things that are different now. All my photos are in a box completely disorganized and unlabeled.

I have never seen SSE without the wand apart from old photos and I must admit I prefer it without the wand

Oohhh I like this image. I miss it too Apes... :( Loved the prism fountain. I am oblivious, does anyone know if those red stripes are still on the supports for SSE or was this changed during the rehab with Wand of death?

I'm sorry to say I'm with you on the wand, Tim. It's like this.. for the first few (many, actually) years I HATED it, but I got used to it. It looks kind of bare without the wand now. I still dislike the legacy obelisk things though.

Give me a choice and I'd still tear it down though. More as a means of striking back against the Eisnerification of Epcot than anything else, but..
