That looks like either the fountain by Yak & Yeti or the fountain area in the woods behind Bengal BBQ.

That's pretty dang close! It's not the fountain, but the stairs from the Flame Tree dining area going up to the Beastly Bazaar!

12 degrees...must be nice. further south it's only 8 degrees. Anyway, I am thinking that it is somewhere on discovery Island maybe by the Island Mercantile.
