    We are arriving at Disneyworld Feb. 28th. Staying at Animal Kingdom Villa.
    When can we start making reservations for Dining?

    Based on Guest feedback, leaders will adjust the booking window for Walt Disney World restaurants effective Oct. 27, 2009, allowing Guests to book dining reservations as many as 180 days in advance (previously 90 days).

    Guests staying in Walt Disney World Resort hotels will have the added benefit of booking as many as 10 days' worth of dining reservations 180 days in advance of their check-in date.

    The change will not impact existing dining, recreation and tour reservations, which will be honored as booked.

    Theme Park Operating Calendars also will follow the new window, debuting 180 days in advance.

Disney had it's own major reservation system overhaul the past month or so (see other post re: westjet) - the new online dining reservation system coupled with consumers being able to make their own dining reservations online coupled with the free dining promo coupled with the food and wine festival certainly made for an interesting September and October with the move back to the 90 day advance dining ressies of ole. ; Moving back to the 180 again (presumably after the glitches were sorted, and systems could handle things - plus consumer demand) was certainly welcomed at the end of October. ;

    Here's a non-official site that is good for calculating when you can make ressies. ; http://pscalculator.net/
