actually i was off a bit... pegleg was right outside the attraction, the photo above "pirates life for me" is right before you spin the turnstil at the left/right diverge point.

oooh I know! He's on top of the treasure chest at the entrance to Pirates in New Orleans Square! With the fiberoptic map below him! Best view is from the boat after going up the waterfall!
