Thanks for the reminder!
BTW, do we make our own dining reservations or is someone making a group reservation?
Thank you

Reservations for the dining mentioned near the beginning of this thread are covered. We have large ADRs for each. We'll post a Signup list closer to the event.

Outside the ones listed above, feel free to make any ADRs that you'd like for yourself.

I've updated the FP recommendations.
  • On Thursday, get the first Frozen time you can after noon, because those are going fast.
  • We've added Buzz Lightyear at 11:30 am to Friday.
  • On Saturday, the FastPass time for the noon Lion King show is 11:30 am.
Sorry for the late update, but we're all getting older and time is moving much more quickly.

Ditto. My travel agent should be on top of these things, but isn't always (that's why I switched agents for next year). I'll send her a reminder.

For those arriving early, it looks like Off Kilter are playing in Celebration on Saturday, October 20. It's worth the short drive to see our old friends again.

A co-worker was telling me about a ticket available to purchase at Epcot F&W for small plates, that’s a better value then just purchasing individually? Thank you

That would be the Tasting Sampler, which got you eight food and/or beverage items and a special pin, all for $65. Whether it was a good deal or not depended on which eight items you spent it on, and there weren't many food items that cost $8. I found no evidence that it is available this year.

My recommendation is to get a gift card (especially one of the special Food & Wine ones that they sell every year), load it up with however much you want to spend, and use it until it runs out.

And do your research beforehand. The Disney Food Blog has menus with prices and photos of the booths and many of the food items. I always make a copy of the menus and mark the things that sound good and cross out the yucky ones.

Thanks Dennis. I’ll check out the menus

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The FastPass time for Festival of the Lion King in previous posts is incorrect. We will be attending the 11 am show, not the noon show as previously posted. Please change your FastPass time to the 10:30-10:45 am window if necessary.

I misread something when I made the posts. Sorry for the confusion.

Too late... my app shows the first available fastpass at 12:30pm.
