So here is the Water Cart (I think this is the one you are talking about). My guess would then have to be somewhere on the Ranger's Station.

Mine are either so easy that they last less than 5 minutes or so difficult and obscure their impossible... oh well...

I like the mix. The hard ones are fun but you need the easy ones for that "quick" fix.
