Need Help Getting the Right pictures please

Hi everyone hope you are all doing well.

We are doing a monthly photo contest at work my first entry which was black and white theme didn't win but did well. Taken with a 50-500mm F4.5-6.3 APO DG OS HSM on a T4i.

Feb 2013 - Romance (this month is still open)

April 2013 – Night Light theme
**i think toy story mania has an oversized night lite (photo as a pun).

May 2013 – Pretty in Pink theme
**princess aurora or Rapunzel wear pink usually.

June 2013 – Landscape theme
** if flower and garden still going on, tons of opportunities there. ; Otherwise go to animal kingdom for leaves and waterfalls.

July 2013 – Sunset theme
**sunset behind the castle at MK.

August 2013 - Carnival/Fair theme
**anything from the Pete's Silly Circus area. ; ie: Dumbo, Splashzone, clown act.

September 2013 - Street Life Theme
**citizens of Hollywood at the studios, or streets of America.

October 2013 – Falling for Autumn
**

November 2013 – Gone but not forgotten
**either the Walt or Roy statues

December 2013 – Holiday Photo
**christmas shop in liberty square or at downtown Disney. ; (Or wait til pm2k13 if you are attending)

Jeff has most of the same ideas that I did. ; For a landscape shot, try for a wildlife-filled shot either at Kilimanjaro Safaris or Animal Kingdom Lodge.
 
Great ideas. ; Why have we never done any of that round here? ; (I'll take a big chunk o' blame for that).
 
Oh, just thought of an October photo... Go to the German Pavillion and get photos from inside the Biergarten Restaurant. ; Oktoberfest!

And for romance (Feb), catch the Princess float in the afternoon parade. ; At some point they usually stare romantically into the eyes of their Princes...

For gone but not forgotten, if they still put a rose on Master Gracie's tombstone, you could shoot that. ; I haven't seen a rose there on my last few trips though.
 
I've thought of drying a rose for that shot and bringing it along with me, but I usually don't think of it in time.
 
Thought this was funny looking through my picture got the same shot on a different night from the front.

I'm sorry I missed this topic the first time thru. ; It's a great idea, let me put some thought into it.
 
An easy topic for May would be Star Wars, Tim.

If you want to run a contest, some of us could be judges on a rotating schedule. ; Maybe you can get B&H or other sponsors to come up with prizes.

Tim I think that this is a great idea for around here. ; I like the ideas that were chosen for this contest.

Great idea Scott! ; Maybe even do a final round among the winners at the end of the year with guest judges.
