Hmmm...I was going to guess the Harbor House, but it isn't in Liberty Square then how about Pinocchio's Village Haus?

Wow...I just can't think of this thing in Tomorrowland...but I think I finally got through your clues. Carousel of Progress (I'm seeing the Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow now...nice clues!).

I honestly don't recognize it!
