they apparently decided to move the front row around a bit during the refurbishment. ; I think the Washington is a bit further to the right and Obama left of where Washington is in your photo.

I think it may be the angle I took the photo at, but he was looking around a lot as the other Animatronic Presidents gave their speeches.
