So....Dina and I were the only ones on the WHOLE ride. empty boats were stacked up in front of and behind us. When we got off the ride, we figured out why, the halloween party fireworks were going on at the same time. So I used the flash to catch the helmsman because I wanted a styled, kind of harsh shot of him. I used Nik colorefx bleach bypass and film types to get these results.
The neat thing about this shot, is its 1.5 seconds long. I had the camera at iso1600 because it was night and had the 18-200 lens on. I had no intention of taking any pictures on the ride.
But I have the camera set up for rear flash, so after exposing for 1.5 seconds, the flash froze the helmsman creating a "sharp" picture!
