Well when you have one made (I think it's either 100x100 or 150x150), like in photoshop, paint shop pro, iphoto, etc. all you have to do is upload it via the profile change page.

All I did here was crop the pic square and resized it down, then uploaded it.

I saw Enchanted a second time at a local cheap second run movie theatre and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and light different from the movies out lately.
