The Disneyland Tiki Room also has a pre-show. Various Polynesian gods introduce themselves and put you in the appropriate mood. This is Maui, and you should thank him even though he looks more like a tree than a Rock.

Unlike the shortened Walt Disney version, Disneyland's Tiki Room still features the sing-along section. But I have to ask, to sing like the birdies sing, do I have to join them on their Bird Mobile?
