Anyone on Google Plus?

Has anyone seen the new format of Google+ today? ; They revamped everything, including your profile page. ; I actually really like the new look better than the original one. ; Anyone else have any other thoughts on it?
 
Our company has us on Google Apps for all our e-mail & what-not, but they have not enabled Google+ for obvious reasons. However, I think I may sign up on my personal account.

Why do all software developers insist on fiddling with the user interface? ; I really dislike having to relearn how to do things all the time. ; For example, how would you like it if every time you bought a new car the pedals were in a different location?
