My first and best guess is that it is in Mickeys house ( Toon Town) in the room that is being repainted...

I,m thinking this is in one of the Gift Shops along Sunset Boulevard @ DHS. I just can' remember exactly where.

We are at Boardwalk and from here I can almost see where this HM is. DHC is correct but not SSB.

Should have realized this one with the paint spilled all over the outside the gift shop.
