that z picture is a good one deniz.

BB, that cinderella photo is awesome. I would crop out the rope on the bottom and clone out that manager in the background, and that would be a really awesome picture!

So it has been said, so it shall be done! TMIP members' names are fair game if you've got the photo to match! 8)

That's too bad BB - they were fun - MUCH smaller than the paddlewheeler, and a little faster and able to go up close to shore. And you often got a very fun captain too. I liked the top deck myself - but inside was fun too, looking through the little slotted windows.

Used to have the canoes too - those were lots of fun. I do miss lots of those more 'innocent' times types of attractions - probably why I still enjoy Tom Sawyer Island so much - it reminds me of my days as a kid in Disney more than almost any other section, because of how little touched it is (at least the one in Florida).

I miss both of them too... One time I was on the canoe ride and our canoe decided to race the other one... needless to say the cast member in our canoe was pretty unhappy, but it was a lot of fun.

DL has an homage to the keelboats on the shores of the River, visible from either the Twain or the Columbia. And DL still has the canoes and Toad, but no Country Bears.

Mr. Toad's was great - I miss that probably the most. I mourned that one when it closed...it was like losing a relative! It's hard to accept change - but I understand why they do it...it won't make me miss the old Disney any less though. Swan boats, original Tiki Room, Mission to Mars, If You Had Wings, Mr. Toad's, Keelboats, Canoes, Rio Del Tiempo, original Canada movie, original Living Seas show & ride, World of Motion, Horizons...all missed. Pirates renovations I feel were done tastefully enough...the Nemo version of Living Seas is better than what it had been in the lurch when you just walked into the tank, even if not quite up to the original for me...Energy's rehab with Ellen was well done...Buzz Lightyear's Spin is finally a worthy use of the space from If You Had Wings...but I still wish they could make a 'Classic Disney' park where all of the original or old versions of rides go, so those of us who loved them can still go to that park and enjoy them! (and folks like you who missed out, can go get caught up) :)
