Unless i am lost, i do believe that is the lirr brooklyn terminal. I am usually getting off at jamaica or penn, but i'll be there 3/2 enroute to the F train, need to get to avenue X to meet up with the ny electric railroaders association for an official mta run tour of the stilwell avenue subway repair facility.,

 

You're absolutely right! I caught it on a night where the corner was not piled up with food vendors. I always think it's funny that architects don't necessarily render vendor carts in front of their buildings ; ;D
