I am not sure what style of art this statue represents... But it looks like a pissed off Pac Man Robot to me...

(no offense meant if this is a piece of salvaged Trade Center)

 

That's exactly what is. It is from the WTC. Though I didn't get a chance to get that close to it I believe that the eternal flame is there. Correct me if wrong.

 

I still say it looks like a Pac Man Robot though...
