thanks everyone, here's 734 working the curve into the east end entrance of brush tunnel, i'm up on the hillside to the side of the portal, most of the rest of the charter is inside the tunnel doing the famous "suicide shot"
i'm working up a few more in b&w, steam trains don't work in black & white in every photo, i;m not quite sure myself if it works here, but i kind of like the strong beast element to it, bursting out of the forest as it were
Here's a couple of my shots from the Friday caboose trip. ; There was still snow on the ground from earlier in the week, so I focused on incorporating it into the shots as best I could since I knew it would be gone the next day.

you go mike, i know you have some great stuff
so here i am putting up both for a public opinion thing, i kind of like the black and white a little more, if the depot was true to the time period for the mid 20's, when this engine would have been in prime upkeep and common on this area's lines then b&w would win hands down, but the station has been 20th century on the outside for years
More great stuff Gary! ; I too like the B&W a little better, I would not have even noticed the "modern" aspect to the depot. ; And the last shot of the tunnel really makes me understand why you might only do the inside shot once (or not at all), wow.
