It's on the building next to Everest, the fast pass building I think.

Well one of these had to end up being easy! You didn't quite get the exact location, but you put it so closely into the area that it's not worth trying to keep the guessing going just for a few dozen feet. Original is below - it's on the side of the Bazaar building, next to where you can stand to watch the coaster going down the drop:
