hmmm... probably saw this countless times and it's not ringing a bell.
 
It looks like something you'd see over at Conservation Station, but I'm dating myself calling it that.
 
according to the WDW site, its still called conservation station. the "land" is rafiki's planet watch.

The whole thing used to just be called Conservation Station, since there is only one way in...and one way out....
