What are they building behind Toontown in Magic Kingdom?

As I traveled the railroad though Magic Kingdom today I couldn't help but notice the orange construction fencing and multitude of trucks behind Mickey's Toontown Fair. Any ideas?

Staging ground for the Fantasy Forest project.

Yeah, I would assume that they're using the space formerly occupied by 20k for the staging since that's currently a large open field.

It'll be interesting when they have to start blocking out parts of current Fantasyland...that's always the most crowded section of MK, so there will likely be some complaints about it being down.

I don't think they're going to have to do that; the walls that will be up are now up. ; Once they finish the demo of Toontown they can work on getting Dueling Dumbos up and move the existing one over. ; The rest of the area was the Pooh playarea and Ariel's Grotto (plus the land behind those).

This expansion is huge. ; I remember seeing somewhere that someone had taken the current blueprint and laid the new blueprint over it, and Fantasyland will be a lot bigger when they are done. ; I am pretty sure if you do a search you can find it.

Oh of course Fantasyland is going to be muuuuuuch bigger than it already is. It sounds (and looks) like its going to extend back as far as it can go, even over the current tunnel entrance. But yes, it's a mess back there. If you drive back where they park the monorails and such, you can see some of the construction from the road.

Main Street Exposition Hall. ; Apparently they just closed it to refurb into Meet & Greet.

Yep. EVERYONE in Toontown will end up back there. Princesses and Pixies included. But just until the expansion is completed, then they will move to their respective attractions.
