Wash Board (Solved!!)

Sorry I havn't posted for a while but both of my computers died while we were on vacation. ; I now have one up and running and should have the other back from Geek Squad in a week.

Anyway, if you needed to wash you dirty clothes, where could you borrow this wash board?

I agree with PolynesianMedic. When I saw it the first thing I thought of was a vent. Iwill say that it is intriguing to me that I can't place this.
