Shortly after DCA opened to lackluster crowds (maybe something about it being a full price separate admission, and even the Premium APs needed to pay twice as much to get in the first few months), while they were planning for the Electrical Parade to return from glowing out forever....they had basically Streetsmosphere players a la the Studios...in the Hollywood Studios portion of the park. Since the Rocket Rods had already crashed and burned...it was a little bit of a surprise to see that they were using a Rocket Rod. As a prop. For the "Sci-Fi" players.
