trial over Tower of Terror

I hadn't heard about this, but the comments following the article are entertaining! ; I can't imagine that this man's injury is related to the Tower of Terror ride at all. ; It's too bad that it occurred, but it's a risk anyone can take on a ride or even getting out of bed in the morning. ; Hope they aren't successful and change the ride, or impact prices!
 
Good lord. ; I'm sure everyone is aware of the nature of the ride BEFORE they go on it... grrrrrr. ;

I can't believe this made it to court... but I sure hope Disney wins this.
