Would that be a manure cart? Wouldn't want anyone to step in "road apples" at WDW... that would ruin the magic

Yep. They had one following every group of horses. I know the beginning of the parade has knights on horseback, Aladdin & Jasmine ride horses, and Snow White & Charming ride in a horse drawn carriage.

i do it almost everyday here at less than enchanted acres
no pay
no costume
no adoring,happy,crowd
3 full size quarter horses produce a pretty fair amount of apples to be distributed daily
