The first snow

Yesterday was the first snow that actually stuck (well for about an hour anyway). Were not quite ready to let go of our Fall pumpkins but the Christmas decorations are up!

Got our first tonight. Started with sleet that sticks (I guess this is what Texans call snow) and turned into flurries.

It reached us about 11 p.m. and by 2:30 a.m. we had a small blanket. It was gone by the next afternoon, but for half a day we enjoyed the first snow in @ 15 years.

My dog was extremely curious!

My daughter was not impressed, she does not like to be cold!
