Well TGIF everyone! ; This has been one long week for me. ; There is only 9.5 more hours to go before I can go home and relax. ; Can't wait.
 
I totally agree with you!

I get to look forward to going to my moms tonight with my hubby, and we are going to order pizza and watch the sens game!
 
I guess it has drug out more for me because I did have to work the whole week. ; We didn't get a day off for Rememberance day. ; Instead we get an extra day off at Xmas. ; Good then, but right now it would be nice to have a break.
 
I had to work Monday also............but I don't get any extra time off at Christmas because of it.........we will get Dec.25&26, and Jan. 1 - that's it...........
 
Generally, we get as few days as they can get away with giving us, so I'm pretty happy that we get a day for Rememberance Day. ; For example... if Christmas Eve falls during the week, we're expected to put in a full day's work. ; Some managers let folks leave at 3:00, but they're getting to be few and far between.

We're still dealing with year-end (fiscal) craziness, as well as the usual user support issues... I'm really looking forward to late December... no more system changes now until January, and as Christmas gets closer our users will start taking left-over vacation and lieu days, so hopefully things'll get nice and quiet around here ;)
 
Whew.... ; other than being saddled with a pager and cell phone... ; I am done for the weekend.

I'm one of those who technically had Monday off... ; but I ended up in the office for a few hours.

Just as glad to be done for the week!!!
