It has kind of a Spanish look to it, and it appears to be mounted on a stucco wall; I'll guess POTC.

the walls make me think of Yak and Yeti (a little bit anyway). ; Other than that, maybe the Brown Derby as the plaster walls would be the same (I think)...

I've only been there once for "Lunch with an Imagineer" (well worth it by the way). ; I would have initially guessed that it was in the hallway leading back to the bathroom, as I did not remember that color of plaster in the lobby. ; However, it looks as if the entire lobby area is the same color scheme.
