I finally transferred my photos off the portable hard drive onto my backup drive (so I'll still need to cull my photos from that) but discovered that I ended up taking just over 4,000 photos over my two week trip. Now granted, I think I ended up with a hundred and something of that dang blasted dragon in Diagon Alley due to burst mode and the inability of said dragon to breath fire on a timely schedule. However, on the flip side, I did go a couple days without my main camera gear and went the iPhone route.

So what was your count?

Right now, my count is zero because it's 2016 and PM2017 is still a year away. Where did you all get your time machines?

Walmart, where else would one get a time machine? I'd tell you more but I have to put on my parachute pants and pop the collar on my Izod shirt. I'm meeting Andy Warhol and Truman Capote for dinner. Then we'll be dancing at Studio 54. They are only letting me in because I have a cool time machine...

I missed the Black Friday special on those this year.
 
I have a shirt with a picture of a Dalek and the caption "OMG, it's R2-D2. I loved him in Star Trek."

My counts: 5650 for Pixelmania proper, 6747 for the entire 8-day trip, most shots 1959 on the loooong MK day Friday, fewest 153 on Monday when we spent the day on rides at Universal.
 
somewhere around 3800, i cannot remember what the exact download count was, and it's gone forever because while i have not posted any yet, in fact haven't even started serious processing, i have made the first cull run, and about 1200 are already gone, second cull run usually takes another third, and then it gets real. i have a number of very similar shots, once i find a process look i like, i then cull down to the one keeper. so i realistically feel i may end up with 800-1000 keepers, which looks like a lot for one vacation, however it was 11 days, across 6 distinct theme parks, a couple resorts, etc. hoping to start getting some done this weekend, especially since i have a 7 day, arizona/flagstaff/grand canyon railway steam charter/sedona trip from 2/4/17 to 2/11/17 coming up next on the photo calendar.
