Passport office

Wow... ; I was in and out of the Passport office in Ottawa in under an hour this morning. ; Not much of a line at the initial checkin and not much wait in the chairs. ; Very efficient and friendly... ; from the Commissionaire to the agent (Ian).

I should have the kids' passports here by the first week of January. ;

When my hubby went for ours 2 years ago, the wait wasn't very long either.....I need to go in and update with my new name...haven't done it yet though...
