OK...I might have to declare this to be cool as all-get-out!

Agreed...another good point on why I like them.

Now, the only thing I can think of that would be cooler is if they glowed in the dark - seeing them go by from the road in!
 
I don't see this as any different than any other movie or show tie-in in the rest of the parks. Heck, the whole WDW complex is a tie-in! As long as it's done tastefully, and I'm not beat over the head with it, that is.

Since these are only going to be on the monorails on the Epcot loop, I have no problem with it at all.

Yep...still like it! ; I actually like the yellow lightbike one the best. ; In a perfect world, I'd lose the 'Tron' wording, and just make it the lightbike and trailing color...I think anyone who's going to see the movie will know what they are without the wording there. ; But it just works for me rolling through Future Showcase!
 
Wow I defiantly haven't herd of this movie before or it's history. I'm not a big fan of seeing the 'rails change, even if it's temporary. I think the "internal" ads would end up spilling over the the busses and boats, ruining the atmosphere.
