Kids Fly free Event

Does anyone know when this promotion comes out? I know Alaskan Air usually does it but nobody seems to know when it usually starts?

Any Info would be great?

Sorry never heard of it....we fly from Buffalo which is almost free for kids (compared to Pearson)
