Anyways, here is how you get your ears

Mouseketeer you need 100 posts, Imagineer you need 250, Senior Imagineer 500 posts and for Disney Master you need a 1000 posts.

PS if you post photos over in the photo section, that also counts as a post and you can make the grade quicker. ;D
