My Dad has always said that in our Florida house he'd like a sign or something with the quote Walt used to open Disneyland. You know the one "To all who come to this happy place...."

I'm not sure how to have it written.

1. To all who come to this happy place - welcome.
2. To all who come to this happy place, welcome.
3. To all who come to this happy place. Welcome.
4. To all who come to this happy place; welcome.
5. To all who come to this happy place: welcome.
