Even if the company goes down I don't see their products disappearing completely. ; Nikon would probably grab their microscope/medical line and probably Panasonic would get the camera division.

It's near the bottom of the article. ; Personally I think Nikon is the best fit - Nikon also makes microscopes, like Olympus...they seem the closest fit for synergy.
