Kids in the Hall is hilarious! Close enough Tim, it's Wazowski... don't ask me why I know this. lol. Gotta love seeing this guy in the park, great picture! Look at those 2 tongues!

I noticed he was looking faded, so maybe he is being repainted...

I had never noticed he has two tongues until DisneyVixen pointed it out. I need to look at things a little closer.
