Fort Wilderness Campground and DVC Cabins

Well there wasn't a thread that I could find for Fort Wilderness, and though not many may go there, I figured it would still be nice to have a spot to share. I went in February 2025 to stay at the new DVC Cabins for the first time (I've stayed at the old cabins and trailers many times over the years), and had a lovely time. I always loved the peacefulness of staying there, I always get a golf cart to get around which makes it much more worth it otherwise it would feel a little too laborious getting around with the internal bus, transferring to another bus, etc.

Very realistic, 3rd-gen animatronic deer at Fort Wilderness - they actually have the ability to move freely - must be those hidden magnetic tracks buried out of sight!
