    have you considered processing to black and white, these would be very much in the link style
    for those not in the know, google mr o winston link. mr link was probably the best chronicler of the last days of steam in america, particularly of his beloved norfolk and western, predecessor to todays norfolk southern conglomerate. anytime anyone is near roanoke virginia, with some time to spare, the museum dedicated to his life and photography is well worth the time. he's the ansel adams of railroad photo

    Thanks Paul!

    I didn't even think of that. ; I'll have to try it with a couple of them. ; Great idea!

    I went back and checked through my photos and I think its a model C. ; I have a shot that shows more of the side of the tractor from the same distance, and it looks like the decal has a C on it. ;

    When my grandfather farmed, he had a Farmall M. ; My Dad remembers his grandparents using a Farmall A to plow their garden when he was a kid.

    Continously knocking it out of the park, Michael. ; I love every one of your train photos and can't wait to chase a few of my own at some point this year. ; You totally inspire me! ; These are exceptionally beautiful. ; Do you have an online gallery where all of your train photos can be viewed at once? ; My total favorite is the Sunday morning photo with the sunlight glint. ; I wish I could frame that and hang it on my wall.

    Great work. ; Love it.

    Thanks Roni!

    I'm in the process of creating a new website hosted by smugmug and its not quite ready yet. ; I'll post a link on the forums when I get it finished. ; Plus, you've seen a lot of the good stuff here already. ; I'll be adding more after a trip to Cass in May and a couple of trips this fall that I can't talk about yet ; ;)

    i was originally thinking it's a C, but i haven't ever seen many with the tripod tire set up with either one or two close together tires up front, the C was not as common around here as many farmers stepped up to the H or M models for more heavy duty field work with potatoes

    Wow, these are all just fabulous, but the stand out for me is the early morning light Narrows image. Bravo!
