Totem pole outside the Polynesian taken in 1983 and scanned from an old Kodachrome 25 slide. ; Anybody remember Kodachrome 25?

Just to the right of that pyramid pool area...a section of the lake and a bridge at night:

Continuing further to the right & taken from the bridge in your photo[nb]The building to the far right in Justin's photo is the best place to stay @ CSR IMHO. I've stayed in that building, first floor facing the bridge / lake & everything is as close as can be. The Main pool is just across the bridge & the Main Bus Stop / Main Building are just across a small bridge off the right side of that pic. Nothing was more than 60 second walk, lots within 30 seconds.[/nb]

Waterside resort, night shot with reflection of lights in water, taken from one part of the resort towards another part:

Cooleo![nb]I agree with your footnote. ; I stayed in that building one of the 3 times I've stayed there, and found it to be most convenient walking over the bridge to the main building bus stop, or to go eat/get drinks/etc.[/nb]

Another resort with a hammock...though you wouldn't want to be on it as this storm approaches:
