I would have guessed the same on Peter's based on the clue. As for the new one, I would say that it might be an ornament at the Swan or Dolphin. Maybe outside Il Mulino?

No...I don't think so. I suppose I was trying to hint at how the queue is surrounded by mountains (Ornament Valley).
