If you have any suggestions for new people going down to the parks or people who just don't have a lot of time then this is the place where you can share them! You can suggest anything from where to eat, where to spend your money or were to relax! ; ;)

    Magic Kingdom
    - Splash Mountain
    - SpectroMagic Parade
    - Wishes Nighttime Spectacular
    - Confectionery (If you like fudge and sweets)

    Epcot

    - IllumiNations: Reflections of the Earth (the biggest Fireworks and laser show you will ever see)
    - Flower and Garden Festival (special event)

    - Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show –
    - Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith

This is a tough one as there is so much to do but here goes:

Eating, yeah a number 1 concern.

    Fine Dining:
Bistro de Paris, the upstairs restaurant at Paris, Epcot. I suggest the latest seating where the fireworks can be viewed while you dine on the tasting menu where different wines are paired with several entres, not cheap but worth the $$. It cost us $250.00 US last trip with tip. We have booked again for this coming Friday evening Jan 8 2010.

    Casual Dining:
Brown Derby, Sci-fi Drive in, Prime Time Cafe; all at Hollywood Studios.
    Liberty Tree at Magic Kingdom

    Special Treats:
Tea at the Grand Floridian, not to be missed. Have the scones with raspberry preserves instead of Strawberry. A hostess recommended it and she was correct. MMM Yum.

Attractions. Very tough but here goes.

    Top 3 at each park.

    Magic Kingdom.
    Pirates, Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion.

    Epcot
    Test Track, Soarin, Spaceship Earth.

    Hollywood Studios
Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster, Toy Story Mania.

    Animal Kingdom
    Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Kilimanjaro Safari.

    Other Goodies:

Mini Golf at Winter Summerland. Two great courses, the second 18 holes is 1/2 price. Located beside Blizzard Beach, not easy to get to all the time as the water park closes fairly early.

Downtown Disney has a lot to see and do such as eating and shopping.
The new Dinosaur restaurant is really cool but has a long line. The Christmas store has great ornaments for all tastes. Speaking of tastes, Ghiradelli gives out free chocolate squares. If you purchase something there your receipt is good for 10% of the next purchase.

  12. These are what I make sure I do every trip.

Wow, these lists are interesting! I mean, as much as they're about two years old, it helps people like me get updated with the new things that are happening. Since I'm planning for a Disney tour with the family this year, these lists really help. Thanks!

Well, for first-timers, I really do suggest getting someone who knows where to go just so you have a guide along the way. It was a mistake on our part, which made everything rather . . . chaotic during our first trip, haha.

I love seeing the updates to this list as it went on! I can definitely see how this would help first-timers plan their trips, but also keep in mind that everyone's opinion is different! What is one person's absolute must-do is another's "meh, I'll skip it." :)

I would agree with everyone in stating that the rides are something of a must do at Disney, but I'm more of a relaxed sight-seeing kind of person. Whenever I go to Disneyland with friends, I often find myself being the one finding Hidden Mickey's more than wanting to go on rides.

I've bought the long, yellow book for $15, and every time I visit Disneyland, I try to check mark as much as I could. So I think that for those who go often, you should give yourself a goal of something to do. Whether that may be to find as many Hidden Mickey's as possible or get on all the rides. :)
