The fine details

I always plan to take more pictures of the fine details that enhance the Disney atmosphere, but inevitably I get home and realize I've forgotten to take some I wanted. Maybe I am subconciously making an excuse to return!

I'm curious if anyone else here likes to take similar small detail shots...

I need to take more small detail shots. Those are great. I love the small detail shots. I guess I'll have to slow down my family more than I do today.

And here's a closeup of the Sleeping Beauty statue there behind the castle I took a while back with my S1 IS. I think I posted this a long time ago.

i find that 'detail' shots are very important to setting the scene in a good photo gallery or display. just like a movie director has his long, middle, tight, and 'establishing' shots. sometimes the best photos are ones that expose rarely noticed details.

Thanks...I'll try to post some more, but I don't have a lot of the small detail shots. That is my goal for the next trip.

Great DETAIL shots! Those small things can have just as much beauty as larger subjects. Thanks for posting your pictures here. I love them!

Those are really good. I've never taken pics of those little statues there. I'll have to try my hand at that next time, hopefully next month!

Great detail shots everyone. I too agree that the details are what really make Disney special.
