Sounds good - glad you managed to make it. I got part of my Christmas lights outdoor display up yesterday and tonight - I wanted to get them at least started before I go, as I likely wouldn't have time the week I got back, and that would mean no lights until the 11th - so I got to have them on the past two nights, as well as tomorrow. ; I decided it was time to move on past the 15 sets of net lights I've been swapping bulbs on and keeping alive for years, and went to new LED net lights...big electricity bill savings and hopefully more reliable. ; I put up 15 sets of 100 on my bushes out front that run the length of my house. ; I do roof icicles, but those are going to have to wait until I get back. ; I will throw up a few red and green floodlights too on some bushes, and have lighted candy-canes lining the walk up to the front door. ; It's not as extravagant as some of the super-music-synched-billion-light displays, but I always enjoy a little Christmas spirit, and like to at least make a decent showing! ; I haven't taken any photos yet - here's last year's photo I took while setting up the lights, minus the spotlights and candy canes: The LEDs are much bluer-white, and brighter. ; I used to actually do more lights - but hurricanes took away some of my trees and cactuses years ago, so there's nothing left to put the lights on!
on my way (almost), leaving for the airport in 32 minutes, because of the weather here, mrs gary has actually agreed to drop me door to door at the airport, now if she actually remembers to pick me up monday night, this will be a good thing. see everyone soon

You're kind of like me! ; JetBlue only flies once a day from Austin to MCO, so my flight is this afternoon. ; And I work 5-10 mins away from the airport, so I'm going straight there from work.
Well, You all have fun without me....again. ; Last year I just got back from China. ; This year, we gave our savings a beating from having 2 kids in 12 months. ; So, it would be irresponsible of me to go. Hopefully, Pixelmania 2011 will be more probable
Yep! ; I am still in my classroom til about 3, then hangin at my parents until 5, they are the taxi to Newark Liberty. ; I am just hoping all the delays that there are now disappear by 8, windy and rainy here.
