I'm feeling rather torn on the decision.. overall I think the framing on 2 is an easy choice, but.. I like the view of the compass in the ground in number 1.

I love that the compass is visible. It is a detil you might miss in a daylight shot.

BUT...the second shot is so much more intimate.

Yeah, because there would be guests, along with a PhotoPass photographer standing on it. The compass is like the hidden treasures of Epcot, near the concourse. (Innoventions West)
