Refurbished Lens Purchase?

    As long as it has a warranty or a buyer protection plan then I don't see why you wouldn't want to buy a refurb lens.

    I agree with you on the weight. That's why mine lives in a locker when I'm not shooting with it.

    Received my new used lens this morning. Its in better shape than any of the other lenses I own. The glass is absolutely flawless, the body has barely a scratch on it, and the mount looks like its never touched a camera. Oh, and all functions seem normal. Looking forward to testing it out later today. KEH comes highly recommended by me! Thanks to @gary for mentioning them and thanks to everyone else for all your help!
     
  4. Ooh! Nice glass. I used it and the 24-70 2.8 from Kingdom Camera last year. While the weight is a reality, the portraits I got far outweigh any inconvenience caused by that behemoth. Please share some of the test shots!
